This wine is produced in vineyards at 300m above sea level with varying exposure. The soil is characterised by sandstone, clay and calcareous marl. Winemaking is in stainless steel vats using moderate temperatures to preserve the best fresh expressions of aroma. The wine ages for 10 months - 50% in stainless steel, and 50% in second and third use barriques and tonneaux. It is then aged for a minimum of six months in bottle.
