Vinoble is proud to be the importer of Oddero wines Hong Kong. The estate is one of the oldest family properties in the Langhe hills, known for its production of Barolo, Oddero produced its first bottle of wine in 1878. These days the estate is run by the fifth and the sixth generation - Giacomo Oddero with his daughters Mariavittoria and Mariacristina, and his young grand children. The story of the estate currently possesses a feminine print, Mariacristina Oddero is winemaker, responsible for the production since the 1997 vintage. She recently obtained the certification of organic growing practices in most every vineyard. The Oddero winery is located in La Morra, in the heart of the Barolo DOCG area. The company owns 35 hectares of vineyards, of which 16.5 hectares are planted with Nebbiolo grapes for Barolo. The property is proud to count among its vineyards some of the best sôrì (sunny sites) of the Langhe: Vigna Rionda in Serralunga d’Alba, Brunate in La Morra, Mondoca di Bussia Soprana in Monforte d’Alba, Rocche di Castiglione, Fiasco and Villero in Castiglione Falletto. Not to mention: Gallina in Neive, Bricco Chiesa and Roggeri in Santa Maria di La Morra, and Collaretto in Serralunga d’Alba.
