Aged for more than 12 months. Bright pale yellow colour with golden reflections. Small bubbles with persistent crown in the glass. Good aromatic intensity with lots of fruit and slight aromas from the ageing process. On the mouth, balanced, pleasant and persistent. The fruity aromas stand out Great with seafood, salads or as an aperitif.
