We're proud to list Champagne Lallier Hong Kong. The first wines produced by Champagne Lallier date back to 1906, when it was established by René Lallier (1861 – 1938), who had married into an esteemed Champagne family. Lallier has been deeply rooted in the village of Aÿ since that time. Aÿ was among 17 villages to be classified Grand Cru in 1936 - a clear indicator of the quality of the grapes that grow on its world-famous hillsides, and the celebrated wines they make. René-James Lallier, the creator’s grandson, took the brand on a new path in 1996. He refurbished the cellars in which Lallier champagnes are left to age for many years and carried out important modernisation work on the production facilities in Aÿ. In his quest for exceptional quality, he sought the help of a Mr Francis Tribaut, who worked at the time as advisor to some of the most prestigious names in Champagne. As an outcome of their common desire carry the esteemed family estate forward, when René-James Lallier decided to sell the business, he first asked Francis Tribault if he was interested in purchasing it. Tribault took on the challenge, convinced of the possibility of the brand that was already celebrated. The years that followed have proved him right, and firmly built the reputation for superiority for which LALLIER Grand Cru Champagnes enjoy year after year.
