Vinoble is proud to represent La Bastide Saint-Dominique Hong Kong. A beautiful family owned vineyard in the Southern Rhône Valley, the estate has been producing full-bodied and elegantly balanced wines for more than 35 years. Founded in the late 70s by Gérard and Marie-Claude Bonnet, their Côtes du Rhône, Châteauneuf du Pape and Cairanne Appellations are now produced using organic methods by their son Eric Bonnet. The vineyard is located in Courthézon, in the heart of the AOP Châteauneuf du Pape, on what used to be a Dominican Chapel from the 17th century. Rich soils, a diversified range of grape varietals with a majority of Grenache and Syrah are some of the unique qualities of La Bastide Saint Dominique. Wines are aged in stainless steel tanks and vinification is made separately for each varietal in order to let each reveal its authenticity and unique terroir. Unique cultivating methods, hand harvesting and respect for the qualities of the terroir result in beautiful blends, amazing aromas and flavors throughout the vintages.
